The Nominating Committee shall consist of the Immediate Past-President, who shal be the Chairperson, and at least four but not more than six members. These appointments to the Nominating Committee shall be made by the outgoing President as selected by the President-Elect, with the approval of each by the Executive Committee. These appointments may be made up to one week prior to the commencement of the Annual Meeting. Appointments to the Nominating Committee shall be made with regard for representation from both sexes, various geographical areas and minority groups.
